Worked OK for getting the Bush tax cuts through!

And every major piece of health care legislation in several years has relied upon it....

(And, what was the count?, Out of the last 24 times budget reconciliation has been used --- which covers all the time from now back to the Reagan years --- wasn't it the GOP using it 17 times out of that 24?)
