"Says Law" has been used to argue just about every economic theory, but MOST use it to argue "free markets".

But, Say was also a proponent of "public works to provide employment".

The guy was so far back that I don't think you can get anything definitive for our current situation.

"WE" is ALL of us in the U.S. and Europe and every developed economy.

Restructuring is sort of a "polite way" to say we are going to have to "downsize" to a lower standard of living.

At least for MOST of us.
