Very true and you forgot to mention that Obama carved out $80B from the Recovery Act for renewable energy related projects. That's a nice tidy sum. So progress has been made. However, I'm just upset that last year, the timing was perfect for climate legislation. This year, less than half Americans even believe in the science any more. So the timing is now bad. Health care could have waited. Energy could not. Now instead of getting both, we'll just get one. That sucks.
