We are now between the 50 and 61.8 percent retrace levels of the lows of last March. Based on other works cannot see us going up into the 61.8 level, they are now selling into all rallies and working hard to force short covering to aid such. The 1150 takeout is a massive headfake! Elliott Wave count still works for the 2 top being 1159 into 1176. Dome Roof tops still intact into those levels. Interesting in that all indexes including Germany are now at or near those roof tops. Moon Cycle calling for a turn into or around the 15th. Look for a top out next week if not today! Begging for sun and warmth; been a cold and long winter; all part of the Maya Cycle...holding out hope for a decent season in the garden. Getting seeds sprouted in this cold is no easy project. Russia collapse and risk window here still not hitting till late April into May, should be an interesting month ahead. The smart money needs to get the dumb money to buy their shares into this rally top...the selling pressure will keep a lid on all rallies. They got their one year and 15 percent gain opportunity and will dump hard. Amazing is it not; long term capital gains lock ahead of next big drop; rigged game for the elite! Meaning we will selloff now for a year; so again they can escape taxes; top out soon... West
