Fort Sumter WAS invaded, by the north. It was empty and was to remain empty while the north and south decide on what the souths payments were for all the southern forts built by the feds. All forts were to remain as is, Fort Sumter was empty waiting for renovations, in the middle of the night Maj. Anderson snuck troops in, that was an act of war. The north was just continuing their slime ball ways, like they had since the 1820's.
