I think we tend to get more complicated than we need to. The problem the boxmakers are having is that INTC hasn't come up with a good justification for moving up to the higher speed chips or the Pentium II. 99% of all home users are (a) playing games; (b) doing wordprocessing or quicken; or (c) accessing the internet. Does anyone really need MMX or 300 megaherzt to do that? What's the difference, logically, between a pc and a cb radio?
