Nope, didn't miss it. The Repubs made sure that people helped to pay the cost of what they use and didn't charge the taxpayers for the entire charge, unlike most Dem programs.

To take advantage of Medicare D, you have to actually pay the company that handles the Adm work, and for the insurance....PLUS you pay a co-pay for each of any drug you purchase.

This isn't a giveaway (paid for by the taxpayers) like many of the Dem programs are.
