What is your assumption for the current P/E? If you are using the GAAP trailing P/E, when the Broadcom extortion and the KFTC "charge" are more than 4 quarters old, later this year, the GAAP P/E will be essentially cut in half. Then back out the $11/share (and growing) cash, and you've got an underpriced stock. But future top and bottom line growth will determine an appropriate ratio and price. If the macro market picture is decent, once the ugly technical damage grinds out, the stagnant share price should resume an upwards march.
