you mean you are happy with how congress used the social security funds as a slush fund during the Clinton years so that it looked like we were operating without a budget deficit? That kind of handling?

as long as the check shows up every month, the recipients are going to be happy. But what has been done to the social security funds is criminal. And Congress is the perpetrator.
