The end result would be 35M shares out fully diluted (currently 22M shares out +-, 13M warrants and options). Full dilution will add $10 million to their current cash level of $7.5M for total of $17.5M cash.

Fully diluted market cap would be $65 million.

That is a situation I like and the chart is a chart I like and the drill results and potential is also worth looking at.

The most important lesson that I have learned is that dilution is your worst ennemy if you have an investment horizon greater than just a few days or weeks.
