.....who said we were under God and why did it wait until 1952 to state so... Declaration of Independance around 1776 - that section about "endowed by their Creator" it's all part of the left wing living Constitution thing were we just reinterpreted the meaning. And the US 9th circuit just reaffirmed that same meaning.
