Eliminate the link between the employer, Health insurance and the employee... that immediately solves the issue of your health insurance moving with you when you change or lose your job and premiums should go down. Treat Health insurance the same as Auto insurance and allow nationwide competition for your health insurance $$'s... premiums go down. Tort reform... premiums go down. Get the government out of the industry... premiums go down and health care providers become a viable business again. Make Paul Ryan the Budget Czar... BO & Co get neutered. Premiums go down. That and a bottle of 84 Grgich Hills Cab make a fine beginning.
