Regional Government rears its ugly head again----eventually could eliminate the 50 States. Central Planning under the titular President Barrack Hussein Obama Barry Soetoro.

This is a power grab. The next question is how do these Regional Bureacracies meld into the United Nations control of waterways. Ask the Arkansas people, they have been fighting the control of their waterways and land for several decades.

From redstate.com

"The White House plan would establish 9 regional planning bodies (bureaucracies) whose job would be to bring “Federal, State, and Tribal Partners together” to look for ways to “decrease user conflicts; improve planning and regulatory efficiencies and decrease their associated costs and delays; and preserve critical ecosystem function and services.”"
