Real-Estate Recovery Signaled With Homebuilders as Fed Unwinds The press is all but ignoring the fact that in January employment increased YOY in 31 states and the District. If employment turns; housing turns...........much like with cars, I also think there may be some pent up demand. In the meantime, my agent sister can't keep up with her workload, a real estate friend in LA says business is doing very well, koan says sales in Juneau are also doing well and in January, Seattle saw median price appreciation YOY for the first time in nearly 18 months. All anecdotal stuff but I'll take it.
