Not so much. Cuba is a healthcare hell. They provide decent care in places that foreigners are allowed to travel. Most citizens in Cuba have very limeted access to basic medical care with filthy antiquated facilities.


I care to the extent that, if true, we may have a hand in it. I don't care to the extent that it is irrelevant to what is possible in the US. Cuba is after all an isolated island nation with the economy of a third world country and, however primitive or not their health care may be, it should not become a part of the national debate here.
