You know what I'd really like to see, Kenny?

An amendment in place that the split second a federal program's performance hit half the promised benefit at twice the projected cost, that all those that voted for it had to vacate office within 90 days....with full surrender of federal retirement and other benefits.

I suspect that would cut out 348% of the current & future bullshirt.
