Next Generation Gateway infrastructure destination modifications. In the recent 10-K. There is a modification to the Ericsson Federal contact increasing it's value by about 20% (5 Million). Most of the modifications appear to deal with VOIP and lawful intercept. However, it is noted that RANS 7,8,9 that were originally bound for Puerto Rico, Nicaragua, and Venezuela will now be moved to the three Brazillain Gateways. Given the political mood in Venezuela, and the fact that the Venezuelan Web Site has been off-line for a couple of months. Might lead one to believe that the Venezuelan Gateway may not be long for this world. Maybe a relocation to the friendlier lands of French Guiana, or Natal, Brasil, ( a great place for a shareholder meeting BTW) PCSTEL
