I agree with a couple previous comments that earnings were good but the analysts following the company were expecting a bit more. The company could have done a better job guiding analysts IMO.

I listened to the conf call and have reviewed the latest analyst notes from First Call. Here are a couple of key points:
- SW and consulting revenue was down sequentially (not expected). I am a bit puzzled by this since the company had new customers signed on should have had new consulting work. Maybe just a gap in projects.
- Xaction rev was slightly higher than expected.
- Gross margins were slightly depressed by the fact that $3.6mm in cap expenditures were absorbed in the qtr. This was equal to $250 - $300 k in depr and amortiz. or about $0.01 in EPS. Although this investment is necessary for expeced Xmas xaction volume, it should have conveyed to analysts.
- The company seems to quite bullish on customer activations for the holiday season, expecting more that last year's 23% uptick in xaction revenue.
- The four new customers signed in the qtr will not contribute to revenue until Q1.
- The company increased R&D as a % of revenue for sw enhancements.
- The Coral acquisition is expected to slightly accretive next year and will add 4 international salesman to the company.
