I'm not nimble enough anymore to play all of the news that is out there nowadays News doesn't do me much good. I'm mostly P&F anymore, with the only thing in the back of my mind the huge increase in federal spending. My fear is probably a good sign for the bulls. Let me know when you turn bullish <g>! But I think that there are still a lot of people struggling and that we haven't seen the other shoe drop yet in the RE market. People struggling and markets going up are not always related IMO.
