We should have done away with the Fed years ago, they're completely useless and are nothing but trouble... Much like what Pelosi plans to do with this health care bill, the Federal Reserve Act was pushed through essentially in secret. If memory serves me right, it occurred in the middle of the night (actually, the night before Christmas) after most of Congress had left town.
