I was being generous to the other side of the argument. It might be more like 100 to one than 30 to 1... You are making shit up Tim. There has never been a full scale program to improve exercise/quality of diet. You have no data to support your claim. There have been plenty of changes in socially acceptable behavior in my lifetime. When I was a kid people littered indiscriminately... they just threw their trash out the window of the car. Public education changed that. Smoking....
