Basic math shows how it is gaming the system.

Bull shit Tim. They are hiding nothing. They are making the number work.

The official scoring for bills only goes out to year 10.

And there is very little reason to think that any of the changes will reduce costs beyond year 10.

Except that's what the CBO says. Look it up.
