That much is true, the way they game the system is blatant, not hidden. If I save up for four years to buy a house am I "gaming the system"? No I'm making a sensible economic decision. Folks like you are so partisan they see evil motives in common sense actions. X says Y, isn't much support for Y, whoever the X is. The CBO is a rats whole when you are on the wrong side, eh Tim? Tough luck kid.
