How about images like those? Nothing in that picture strongly suggests that that individual is a right wing extremists" (some one who makes over the top statements sure, but that's common in protests, and a very different thing), let alone that people who want smaller government are in general right wing extremists.

That sign is, in a very over the top way, suggesting that Obama is an extremists, specifically a Nazi. Its false, and unreasonable but if every person who made false or unreasonable statements was a right wing extremists they would be a strong majority.
