" Can't even find money for education anymore " Why educate here? There are billions and billions of talented resource from China and India. Before they are exhausted, we'll have other places. African would be next offshore target, or the next after next. This country is blessed with all these global resources, it's no brainer. No brain needed in this country, that is. AWESOME.
