My question to you is this. I still do not note anyone being able to refute the basic premises of competent climate scientists that there are serious ecological changes being undergone in the Earth's climate systems and that is in turn threatening the stock of the world's fisheries, changing weather patterns , melting polar ice , making the oceans more acidic , threatening shellfisheries, raising sea levels -currently ever so slightly but at an increasing clip--etc. And these same scientists believe with ever increasing certainty from massive amounts of data that the increasing CO2 and methane levels in the atmosphere brought on by man's activities are the main causes of these changes. Can you refute the evidence? You know as well as I that there are sometimes minor errors in the use and interpretation of such data ; it is sobering to note, however, that similar efforts were made in the 50,'s and 60's and 70's to refute the increasing evidence that smoking caused lung cancer.
