Ok here's a post update. I'm stunned that this subject isn't more active. I guess I'll blame my myself for rambling about the future... Anyway, now it's pretty obvious to everyone why I said to REMEMBER THIS: "You must remember that if you could download Greenspan’s mind, you would unlock and see many problems of our economy!" Guess what...? We do have an economic issue. I'll say no more because I'm sure that most are hit one way or another. TODAY I'm estimating if the Dow closes at or below 10,725 (today being 3/17/10) then this will be the start of the double dip. Even if it's not today, it's very very soon!!! Let's see how close I come to this guess. Really doesn’t matter because nobody is reading this anyway… (I just want it out on the net with a time/date stamp) Although along with this Dow decline I'm also estimating the second leg down for home prices. YIKES!!! I know. One thing I want to point out is a major flaw on my home price guess here. I said home prices were going to fall 50% but became blind to my own egocentric ways. I live in *** California and I didn't mean nationwide. I'm sorry for this obvious mistake (Again due to my Rambling). FYI My wife and I sold our rental home shortly after selling our residence. Since I spent hundreds of hours researching, I tried to warn my friends and family. That’s all I can do right? Warn... Unfortunately, I was given the medal of “Shoot the messenger” and chronic pancreatitis along the way. But ya know what?
