I think there was a lot of hype before the conference that attracted not only long-term investors but also traders. I would bet the traders exiting are what has kept the price down. I noticed in the past week a lot more "stock picking" sites mentioning the stock which will always attract traders looking for a quick buck. I know not many institutions will even look at OTC stocks, but it'll be interesting to see if we start seeing a change in holdings.
