"NYC pays more money than almost any place nearby.....do you think teachers are lining for those jobs???" like here in DC but MD and VA pay just slightly less and you don't have to drive into DC so they will work in MD. Because after the driving time you about break even. all the teachers I know just talk about the money they make and the bennies, never about the kids and they are flaming liberals.
