No because wait times are longer in Canada, even going by some of the data in the sources you picked.

And because the list of wait times at that link is only for American cities, and it says nothing about Canadian cities.

And because the wait times in the list are for initial appointments to see a new doctor which are only a subset of the entire issue of wait times. Wait times for actual major treatment (at least elective major treatment) are in many cases considerably longer in Canada in the US

Also I note that why I've replied to the points raised in your links, you haven't done so for the points raised in my links (to be fair I put a lot more links in my posts, so it would take more effort, but you could reply to a subset)
