Hi Brenda,
Thanks for the post and am sure this article in USA today will do its work over a short period of time.

I have been reading some posts and just thought i will voice an opinion. There could have been a ton of companies chasing the OZON
dream. But only Cyclopss chose to put in a palatable form appealing to investors and food processors alike. I do not know why others dropped the idea of using O3. It could be that it was too costly at that time. Remember O3 got a GRAS status only last summer. If not any company that chose that path would have to spend a buttload (pardon the french) of $$$ to do complete food testing and prove to FDA that it is a harmless process. Here the EPRI and others took the lead and got O3 so far.

Cyclopss had good luck and management as far as i am concerned since they were in the laundry business using O3 and definitely have economical ways of generating ozone or the laundry wont be profitable. The recent outbreaks of E.Coli and other viruses brought the problems of the food industry to everyone's attention. Cyclopss did not waste a minute (Grabbed the opportunity) and they are on their way to address this problem with their existing already available knowledge.
Not much money will be wasted in reinventing the wheel and FDA approval's. They were the first in the O3 area to choose the opportunity. They are not touting to be the only solution. They probably know that others are piling up to jump in to the band wagon soon. But they may get a good headstart by then.

Bucks original estimate for Sterox was $3-$4 EPS. With the first food contract there will be an idea what the EPS will be. Sterox will take some time. Polymer research will come out shortly. With the information i have i think only aerospace and high temperature applications are suitable. But if the price is right and the product is "DURABLE" then a horde of other applications will follow. At this point Foster-Miller may not give out information but soon.....

If Buck was around we would seen some real good estimate and every one would have believed as all his past predictions have come true and that gives him more credibility than any of us here. Keeping busy and will post.

Keep up the good work Brenda and Amy.

Sri.
