Surely you aren't suggesting health care cost are not escalating rapidly? Definitely not. I'm convinced that the escalating escalation of health care insurance costs we've just seen is partly explained by the industries perception that there will be much more and more effective regulation of premiums. They simply want to build in as high a floor as possible.
