Peter, I got out 2/3 of my position on Wed.
Then shorted against the box @ 65 on the rest
two days later. That's the beauty of being on
the long side. I've closed both long & short
positions on AMZN today. What am I going
to do next few days? Just watch the tape.
Once I sense the short squeeze, I'll buy without
any doubt. Have you seen the Yahoo style of
short squeeze today? My broker called me around
2:30. We decide to buy on the pull back if any.
5K@47.5 and another 5K @47. We only got 3K
@47.5 and sold at closing. Keep in mind, the float
of AMZN is much lower than YHOO. The squeeze
will be ....

You certainly will make money some day in 1998
if you have short position now. But,
PRST did go to 200, ZITL did go to 70 from single
digit, OCCF did go to 136 from teens, ... and the
story goes on forever.

No one knows the limit of AMZN. NEVER underestimate
the power of the market. Again, take the dip as an opportunity
to exit your short position and sleep well.
