We have to start thinking about how we are going to make our military MORE efficient rather than how much more we're gonna spend than everybody else.

The Russians aren't any threat. The Chinese aren't any threat either. At least as far as "world domination" or anything.

We have NO CHOICE now but to "pull back" on our military expenditures.

We can no longer "defend" every square inch of the planet. The Europeans should start defending themselves. Taiwan should look to it's OWN defense and (although we'll back them) should NO longer figure on us going to all out war on their behalf. The same goes for South Korea.

We HAVE the best Nukes in the World and the best delivery systems for those nukes so let's tell everybody that we MIGHT have to use them.

We've always had to "dance around" stuff. Let's STOP dancing and lay it all out there.
