Rio has been hogging? The solution is fleecing! Tell Lula to hire my ex-governor Sarah Palin as a consultant to tell him how she raised Alaska's oil production taxes. When oil was at $140/barrel in 2008, folks in Seattle were paying $4/gallon for gasoline and we were taking off 3/4 of that into our state treasury. It's insanely lucrative!
