Personally, I hope the Dems ram it through.....it will all but assure the return of a chastened GOP to power. I don't trust the GOP to get rid of it. What makes either of you think that passage will bring the GOP back into power? The closest it gets to being passed the better intrade shows the Dems remaining in control of the House and Senate. But you all keep saying "no", its working fabulously! ;-)
