We went back to using ctree as the database engine.
Gary, a 32 bit version will be very welcome, and the scan improvements sound good. While I am interested in scan speeds, I get queezy feeling about the ctree database structure. The problem, as I understand it is that a computer can only have one ctree database open at one time. I know for a fact that my trading software, Fidelity's FOX+ (16 bit)is a ctree database; and SuperCharts (16 bit)is also a ctree system. For me that's two too many. Both are widely used programs and the situation could create a steady stream of crashes and dissatisfaction. I like to recommend that you contact those 2 software groups and try to work out a fix of some sort so that your programs can work together.
