The reason that this is even an issue is because of the filibuster. If the vote were straight up and down, this bill would have no trouble passing.

Using your 'logic' (and I apologize to the word for associating it with your argument), the filibuster is also 'unconstitutional'. The Constitution calls for a simple up and down vote, and doesn't mention any ability for a few senators to hold stop such a vote.

In fact, ALL the rules of Congress are 'unconstitutional' except those explicitly given, according to you, because they present obstacles to the 'yea or nay' process.

So, you're wrong that this process is 'unconstitutional'. It's been pointed out that you are wrong, with evidence, multiple times, so you are also a liar. And, you fail to make a substantive argument, which you a weak-minded liar. In other words: a lawyer.
