The closest it gets to being passed the better intrade shows the Dems remaining in control of the House and Senate. Once the tax's kick in it will be extremely unpopular, they will vote out Democrats to avoid the tax's. If they cant there will be blood in the streets to kill this and anyone who stands in the way of killing it.
