I am sure that all of us would love nothing more than to see significant insider buying. Insiders sell for many reasons, they only buy for one. The only variable clouding this view of buying opportunity, is if any of these company officers have significant enough funds to buy shares. This isn't Intel or Microsoft. Most of these individuals (hopefully) joined Ancor to make money. We can't necessarily assume they have 50-100 grand to buy stock. Besides, they may already have enough in the way of options. I would love to buy at these prices, but I'm tapped out. Maybe some of them, for any number of reasons, lack the necessary funds. Although I would be encouraged by a significant insider buy, a lack of it wouldn't surprise or disappoint me. I'm with Pat Sharkey. I think contracts (or lack of them) will carry far more weight.
