they're going to collect taxes for several years before any 'health care' ever materializes, it's like paying rent years in advance before you can take occupancy....in that sense, it will reduce the spiraling deficit...of course what the tax and spenders don't realize is that the new taxes will crush any so called recovery, jobs? forget it
