Gee, if the 'deeming' process is unconstitutional, then all those bills passed by it - mostly by Republicans - are invalid.

And the filibuster is not related to the actual vote? What new school of logic is this? Birdbrain logic? The filibuster prevents a straight up-and-down vote, and is VERY MUCH related to the vote. The Constitution does not say anything about allowing a block of a vote, so - using your 'reasoning' - it is expressly preventing the 'Yea and Nay' vote, and therefore unconstitutional.

Typical Republican. Try to bend reality to your whim.

Waiting for you to show us where 'the "deeming" process is not allowed'. We won't hold our breath for any real answer from you.
