Well, the courts have pretty much let the Congress make their own rules as far as process and procedure, which is fine by me. The thing is, you can't use it sometimes, then bitch about it when the other side uses it.

To me, it's even a silly complaint. Clearly, a vote for the 'deemed to pass' + amendments is a vote for a modified version of the Senate bill. Anyone should be able to see that, but I'm sure that point will be obscured in the coming races. It's part of what is broken in our political process.
