Yes, it could be a problem, but they seem to have enough cash on hand ($870M per yahoo) to handle the claims (estimated $170-250M see link). It could provide a better buying opportunity in the near future. A little more patience on my part probably would've been prudent. finance.yahoo.com Maybe Paul Senior could provide a little more insight.
