you da man. there was some super cheap stuff going in hawaii when all this came down... but then i thought... now that i'm on an island, how the fuck do i get off it, if bad things go to worse things. so i didn't bother. no offense of course. i saw one rancho that was to die for at what seemed a paradise price. i closed my eyes and stuck to the plan instead. crazy.
