Jay, very much appreciated! Did not dig into it that deep as my sale lady does not really know much about Au, abeite my reliable supplier. Meanwhile, I know I could always count on you and a few others whenever further info is needed. Did you mention that it is hard to get a grab of the 1-ou panda a while back? I could get my supplier lady to get some as she not only works at BoC, but also has personal ties with PBoC. What stinks is that mainland charges 17% tax (heck, talking about devilish heavy robbery) on bullion sales (hence, the selling price is approximately 1.17 of spot). Well, maybe the rarity of panda coin is well worth of it.
