Last night over dinner we where talking about my late and great friend PQ Wall whom passed away last year.

His model he created in 2007 talked about a series of seven Kitchin Cycles running from 1980s into the 2020 area.

These six cycles are all within a massive Kondratieff Superdome which topped out in 2003.

He said this Superdome predicts Runaway Deflation and Worldwide Credit Collapse...

His chart that goes along with it starts at the top in 2007 with the 14198 hitting the roof of the dome.

From that top he made a prediction of a collapse into 6000s followed by a rally into a new Kitchin Cycle dome top in early 2010.

Then he called for another collapse into 2012/2013 taking us down into the 4000s.

From this low we rally again into another new Kitchin Cycle upward to 7000, collapse again to 5000 with this occuring for about 2 years after the low. Grinding back up and back down.

Then we should end the current deflation and start upwards to retest the Superdome Wall at about 8800, we breakout or breakdown and that test should occur around 2017.

The Dome itself carries outward into the 2020s.

PQ was a great friend and brilliant technical man; he passed away last summer and all that followed him miss his humor and cheer much.

I have little doubt his model will be proven correct; and when it is I am sending the chart and a writeup about his life to all the big financial publications. He drew this chart of our future and it could be a testament to his life if it unfolds as he drew it!
