MKRS looks like it is happening. Post from Tom, in the kitchen:

"While it took a while the wait will be worth it. This almost $26MM contract is almost nine times larger than its single biggest contract awarded in March 2006 ($2.95MM). In 2007 when the stock touched a $1.00 per share the five contract awards totaled $3.3MM.

This is the first large production award for ADEPT. It represents the first 200 units (and support) for the SPY-1 radar. The investor briefing on the website shows the market to be 800 units for ADEPT. Foreign Navy Sales, additional radar equipment (SLQ32 - SPS67 - SPS49), Carriers, submarines, LHD's are all targets of this equipment, and that is just the Navy!

Other irons in the fire include two programs with Ocean Power Technology. One is the LEAP Program where they received their initial $275,000 award in October 2009. The Power Buoy program, that is due to get Phase II funding this summer ($750,000)is also moving forward.

They were just awarded a $750,000 award in January 2010 to further develop the Kill Chain Vulnerability or NVEA) electronic attack analysis and simulation software.

The two year work with Ericsson on a mobile telecommunications hub was unveiled at the Surface Navy Association Symposium in January 2010, and looks to have attracted interest from the National Guard. An initial contract award is being finalized that would be worth several million, and announced this summer if approved.

A new market for ADEPT was highighted in the Trident Warrior 2009 Experiment announced in December 2009. ADEPT earned the highest possible scores with its Long Distance Support capabilities. Opening new doors of opportunity for ADEPT.

Not a bad stock pile of projects for a company currently asking $.32/shares, and just having earned a $26MM contract award."
