Yes, imo this seems to be the plan. Otherwise, it's hard to make sense of any of this. The plan's apparent general silliness and unsustainability are not it's weakness, but the main features. Probably this is how they got a person like Cucinich to come on board. They made him understand that this is merely a temporary step on the way towards better and bigger and more socialistic advances. With our current crop of politicians one can more or less ignore what they say -- just follow the direction of money and power, and most times you'll get it right. Sad.
