No I wouldn't fire you but we would discuss that the gross margin remains essentially constant from $1 to the $1 million of sales. Without
knowing what your gross margin was from the outset you could not project your breakeven point and no one would go into business without knowing
what sales/revenue they need to make a go of it.
Fixed costs as a percentage decreases as sales increase without respect to gross margins. Otherwise they would be variable costs and would need to be
included in calculation of the gross margins.

BTW What is the definition of "rate of dilution"?
